I knowingly and voluntarily accept the risks and hazzards inherent in the operation
of a motorcycle on public streets and facilities, including all risk of injury and
death. I understand that I am soley responsible for the safe operation of my
motorcycle, evaluating road and traffic conditions, and riding in an appropriate
manner for all circumstances. I understand that Scott Friday, Elizabeth Friday,
Backroad Motorcycle Tours (BMT), any associates or other types of agents employed
by BMT [collectively referred to as BMT hereafter] are not responsible for road 
conditions, traffic on any of the routes, or for the condition of my motorcycle.

  I agree to wear a DOT approved helmet at all times regardless of local helmet laws.
I certify that I am of at least 18 years of age and I am duly licensed and competent
to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner and that my motorcycle is in safe operating
condition. I agree not to consume any alcoholic beverages until all riding is
complete each day. I agree to refrain from the use of any illegal drugs or controlled
substances during this event. I certify that I have the minimum required vehicle
insurance as required by law. I do not knowingly have any mental or physical 
condition that may interfere with the safe operation of my motorcycle. I understand
that I alone am responsible for my personal health and safety, and the personal 
property I bring with me.

  I agree to waive any and all claims of negligence or liability of any kind that
might arise against BMT in the course of particpating in this event. I agree to fully
indeminify BMT against any and all claims, costs and attorney fees that might arise
as a result of any accidents or injuries involving myself during the course of this
event, regardless of the cause. This agreement is binding on my beneficiaries, heirs,
assigns and legal representatives.

  I have read the FAQ on the BMT website and the event description and will abide by
all requirements established by BMT as well as the local vehicle code. I agree and
understand that my participation in the event is at the sole discretion of BMT and
that such participation may be limited or terminated for any violations of BMT
policy, medical or safety reasons, without refund.

  I agree that BMT may use my likeness, name, photograph or voice. I consent to such
use and hereby waive any rights or claims to privacy I have in connection with this
event.

  I have fully read, understand, and agree to the entire contents of this Waiver of
Negligence and Release of Liability. I sign below of my own free will.
