Many portions of the route are technical and require proficient skill at handling tight curves, blind curves and elevation changes. Many sections are in remote areas and emergency assistance may be slow in responding. Please ride accordingly!

  The weather at this time of year can be quite cool, possibly down in the 40's and maybe even raining. On the other hand, last year it was in the 80's and clear. So you need to bring gear for both scenarios.
